Mechanical Maintenance EngineerLocation: SA12 Contract: Minimum 3 months Possible Temp-to-Perm Rate
- Umbrella: £350 per day
- PAYE Premium: £301.08 per day
Hays are recruiting an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to support a leading commercial facilities’ management contract based in the SA12 area.The RoleYou will be carrying out reactive and planned maintenance activities in a commercial environment, with a strong focus on:
- Plumbing
- Ventilation
- General mechanical building services maintenance
This is not an installation role – the emphasis is on day-to-day reactive repairs and ensuring the smooth running of the site.What We’re Looking ForTo be considered, you must have:
- NVQ Level 2 / City & Guilds in a relevant mechanical trade (Level 2 or above essential)
- Strong experience in plumbing and ventilation
- Previous experience working in a commercial FM environment
