What You’ll Be Doing
As a Project Controller or Project Planner, you’ll play a key role in ensuring major engineering projects remain on schedule, within budget and fully aligned to programme objectives.
Your responsibilities will include:
Monitoring overall project health, identifying risks, issues and opportunities
Developing, maintaining and validating integrated project schedules
Supporting integrated baseline planning and programme delivery
Producing and analysing schedule, cost and resource performance data
Leading or supporting Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA) and Critical Path Analysis
Supporting Estimate at Completion (EAC) and Cost to Go activities
Maintaining project baselines and managing change control
Providing clear project reporting and performance insights
Supporting bid and new business activities with robust project planning
Working closely with multidisciplinary teams to drive successful programme delivery
What We’re Looking For
We’re interested in people who can demonstrate experience in several of the following:
Project Planning or Project Controls experience
Creation and maintenance of WBS, CBS and OBS structures
Schedule, cost and resource planning
Critical Path Analysis, Schedule Risk Analysis and Earned Value Management
Primavera P6, SAP, Oracle Unifier, ARM or similar project management tools
Baseline Management and Change Control
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Ability to prioritise workloads in a fast-paced environment
Desirable experience includes:
Estimate at Completion (EAC) and Forecast Cost at Completion
Risk and Opportunity Management
Resource-loaded scheduling
