What You’ll Do
Frame Production — Measure, cut, assemble and finish frames using professional tools and machinery.
Artwork Mounting — Prepare, mount and handle artwork with care and accuracy.
Quality Repairs — Fix damaged frames, correct external errors and adapt techniques for oversized or irregular pieces.
Process Innovation — Introduce new methods that improve workflow and become part of standard practice.
Gallery Admin — Manage receipting, commissions, payouts, sales records, purchase orders and invoices.
Digital Systems — Maintain detailed records using Excel, Shopify, Wessex and Artlogic.
Logistics & Exhibitions — Lead logistics, create workflow guidelines and support exhibition delivery to tight deadlines.
Front‑of‑House Excellence — Be the first point of contact, delivering responsive, high‑standard service.
Team Support — Onboard and train new staff, fostering a safe, inclusive environment.
