Inclusion & Independence Coach for SEND Learners

Chelmsford College invites applications for Inclusion Coaches (LSAs) to support learners with SEND across the curriculum. You will help students toward independence and work with staff to promote inclusive practice on a day-to-day basis.

Role is 37 hours per week, 38 weeks per year, and requires GCSE English and Maths at grade 4-9 or equivalent. The college offers development opportunities and a supportive environment.
