- Ensure client queries are answered promptly and professionally
- Ensure the highest standards of presentation and cleanliness of all fronts of house areas and equipment
- Ensure that there is a thorough understanding of all menus and wines
- Liaise with kitchen team and conduct team briefing to ensure business runs effectively
- Be the first point of contact for hospitality, lead and organise evening events
- To manage compliance of COSHH, food safety, health and safety regulations
- Assist contract manager with maintaining hospitality booking processes, stock management and monthly bookwork
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday
Qualifications
- Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a catering environment
- Focused on the front line
- Self‑motivated and able to work well unsupervised
- Previous experience within catering desirable
