Class 1 Driver – Permanent Position (Tramping/Flexible Workload)

Based in Reading | Permanent | £50,000 – £52,000

Are you an experienced Class 1 Driver looking for a stable, full-time role with variety, great earning potential, and progression opportunities?

We’re working with a respected haulage operator who is now hiring two full-time drivers for flexible routes/projects. You’ll be part of a professional team delivering across various locations, with occasional tramping (at least 1 week per month).

What’s on Offer:

• Salary: £50,000 – £52,000per annum
• Modern, well-maintained vehicles
• No weekend work unless agreed in advance

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Working across various contracts – no fixed route
• Driving across the South of England
• Expected tramping 1 week per month (minimum)
• Container work

Requirements:

• Valid Class 1 Licence (12+ months experience) + CPC & Digi Tacho
• Flexibility with working patterns and occasional nights out
• Reliable, professional, and safety-focused
• Basic Disclosure (if you do not have one we can help obtain one
