Lead Site Manager – Industrial and Logistics (Stoke)

Caddick Construction Limited is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join an exciting project in Stoke-on-Trent. You will lead site preparations, monitor programmes, and ensure safety and quality on site.

The role requires SSSTS, First Aid at Work, CSCS, and several years of site management experience across commercial, industrial, or residential projects. You will supervise subcontractors and liaise with clients while using IT tools to manage reports and schedules.
