We are looking for reliable, hardworking and physically fit Night Warehouse Operatives to join our clients busy operation.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working as part of a team and is comfortable with heavy lifting and physically demanding warehouse duties. You will play an important role in ensuring stock is handled safely, accurately and efficiently throughout the night.

Key Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading deliveries and vehicles.
• Moving and handling heavy goods safely.
• Picking and packing customer orders accurately.
• Sorting, checking and organising stock.
• Preparing goods for dispatch and delivery.
• Using warehouse equipment safely and correctly.
• Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy and organised.
• Working efficiently to meet daily targets and deadlines.
• Following company procedures and health & safety requirements.
• Working closely with colleagues to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
• Reporting damaged goods, shortages or any issues to management.

• Physically fit and comfortable with heavy lifting.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Able to work night or late shifts.
• Good attention to detail.
• Able to work at pace while maintaining accuracy.
• Positive attitude and willingness to get stuck in.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Previous warehouse experience is desirable but full training can be provided.
