HR Generalist Intern: Onboarding, Recruiting & Learning

Benoy invites a university placement student to join their HR team for a 12-month placement starting September/October 2026. You will gain broad exposure across recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and learning and development, reporting to the HR Business Partner.

You will receive coaching and mentoring, work with stakeholders, and have the opportunity to lead a small HR project, building practical skills and a portfolio for your placement year assessment.
