Graduate Recruitment & Development Manager (12-Month FTC)

Close to Liverpool Street and Bank station

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Graduate Recruitment & Development Manager to join the London office of a prestigious international law firm on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

This is a pivotal role where you will take ownership of the end-to-end trainee lifecycle, acting as the central point of contact for all graduate recruitment and development matters. You will work closely with key stakeholders across the firm to ensure a seamless and high-quality experience for trainee and apprentice solicitors, from attraction through to qualification.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all aspects of graduate and apprentice recruitment for the London office
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor on graduate talent matters
  • Oversee the development and support of trainee and apprentice solicitors throughout their programmes
  • Coordinate seat rotations, performance processes, and qualification procedures
  • Deliver and enhance development initiatives, ensuring trainees are supported to reach their full potential
  • Collaborate with wider HR and Early Careers teams to drive best practice and continuous improvement

About You:

  • Proven experience in graduate recruitment and/or early careers development, ideally within a legal or professional services environment
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • A proactive and collaborative approach, with a genuine interest in developing early careers talent
