Working with us you’ll get a competitive salary plus tips, alongside: As one of our Assistant Managers, you could earn in the region of circa 45,000 per year: Base Salary: Up to 36,000 per year depending on experience Our tips are shared equally across the team based on hours worked. Bonus: Up to 3.5k additional bonus potential Overtime Pay: Get paid for any hours worked beyond your contracted hours at your normal hourly rate – no pre-approval required.
