Overview

The successful candidate will help, enable and empower the people that Stori supports in the Colwyn Bay area to shape the direction of their lives, develop new skills, gain greater independence and take control of their rights and responsibilities.

Responsibilities

You will work in a professional, empathetic and non‑judgemental manner, signpost, liaise with and facilitate clients’ access to services (e.g. medical, financial and legal) using a person‑centred approach to promote independence and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Proof of right to work in the UK (no sponsorship visas offered).
• Successful completion of an Enhanced DBS disclosure (Adult & Child Workforce); the company will fund this if required.
