About the Role

This is a casual, part‑time role offering flexible working. As a Bank Admin Assistant at a Barchester care home, you will help deliver quality care and support our residents.

Responsibilities

  • Answer the phone and manage incoming calls.
  • Handle files and support our managers.
  • Meet and greet visitors, engage with residents, and show prospective clients and families around.
  • Provide cover for weekdays and occasional weekends as a 0‑hour bank contract, with the possibility of becoming permanent on part‑time or full‑time hours.

About You

Ideally you can multi‑task, have good computer skills and a confident telephone manner. You should also be a people person who takes a genuine interest in our residents and their families.
