Restaurant Host
The Restaurant Host supports all Food & Beverage areas as required by:
- Welcoming guests and creating a warm, professional first impression
- Ensure all steps of our service journey are followed and guests are being encouraged to have drinks before heading to the restaurant
- Providing menus and initial information
- Escorting guests to their tables and maintaining the service flow
- Building a rapport with guests, adding preferences to the guest profile and acknowledging celebrations with cards once guests are seated
- Handling guest enquiries in person as well as assisting enquiries via Central Reservations and Guest Services
- Assisting in all Food and Beverage areas and support the team where required
- Working closely with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth operations
- Handling guest feedback and escalating where appropriate
