Swansway Motor Group is seeking a skilled Parts Advisor to join our dynamic team based in our thriving dealership. The role focuses on ensuring all parts-related enquiries are expertly handled, supporting both customers and our aftersales team to maintain seamless dealership operations.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently manage external sales enquiries for parts and support the aftersales team with necessary components.
• Establish and nurture relationships with external parts suppliers to ensure quality and timely availability of parts.
• Ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations by adhering to company policies and maintaining comprehensive stock purchase records.
• Upsell related products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and boost sales.
• Accurately complete all required administrative tasks and promptly address any stock discrepancies with the Aftersales Manager.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a similar role within a dealership environment.
• Strong understanding of parts ordering processes and stock management.
• Ability to prioritise workload effectively and maintain composure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills to interact efficiently with colleagues and customers alike.
• A customer‑centric approach, ensuring all enquiries are handled with speed and precision.
