We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join a leading MEP contractor delivering a major landmark commercial development in Central London.

This is a high-profile project that combines cutting-edge design, sustainability, and advanced building services — offering an exceptional opportunity to lead one of the most technically complex mechanical packages in the capital.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take full responsibility for the mechanical package delivery on a large-scale commercial project.
• Oversee all phases of the project from design coordination through to commissioning and handover.
• Manage mechanical services including HVAC, public health, and specialist systems.
• Coordinate closely with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to achieve key milestones.
• Lead project teams, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
• Monitor budgets, progress, and performance — ensuring project targets are achieved.
• Provide strong leadership, mentoring, and guidance to engineers and site teams.

Requirements:

• 10+ years’ experience in mechanical project or contract management.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale commercial or mixed-use MEP projects (£10M+).
• Excellent technical knowledge of mechanical systems and compliance standards.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
• Right to work in the UK.
