FitzRoy Support at Home Norfolk provides care and support to individuals with learning & physical disabilities in their own homes. We are seeking exceptional new support workers in the Norwich area who share our values to join our friendly team.

• Bank
• £11.85 per hour with paid mileage and travel time
• Days, Evenings and Weekends
• Essential: driving licence and own transport

Role Responsibilities

Your role will focus on upskilling the people we support to achieve their goals and develop their life skills, including helping them become independent on public transport, attend colleges, gain employment, and engage in the wider community.

Qualifications

Full training will be provided; experience and qualifications are not necessary. Key attributes include patience, compassion, empathy and a positive attitude.
