Community Support Worker (driver) – Caldicot

£14.50 – £15.25 per hour

We are recruiting on behalf of a well‑established supported living provider for enthusiastic and compassionate Community Support Workers in the Caldicot area.

This is a rewarding opportunity to support individuals with learning disabilities to live independently, access their local community, and enjoy meaningful activities and experiences.

We are looking for someone with a positive personality who can match the energy and build strong, engaging relationships.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months’ experience in a UK care/support setting
• Full UK driving licence
• Access to your own vehicle
• Business insurance required
• Confident supporting individuals within the community
• Reliable, friendly, and proactive approach

Duties

• Supporting individuals with community activities and outings
• Encouraging independence and social engagement
• Building positive and trusting relationships
• Supporting with daily living tasks where required
• Promoting wellbeing, choice, and inclusion
• Following care plans and safeguarding procedures
• Maintaining accurate daily records and reporting concerns appropriately
