Front of House Leader

Full time 35 hours per week

This role is located in Manchester Airport, Terminal 3, Manchester M90 3NZ GBR.

Responsibilities

Leaders, inspirers, and drivers of their teams, Front of House Leaders are in‑shop champions who coach and mentor staff, protect Pret’s standards and spirit, keep the team and customers happy, and step up during busy periods—whether by operating the coffee machine or managing figures and spreadsheets. They are people‑people with a passion for growth.
