We’re working with a production company to find a Studio Helpdesk / Receptionist to join their team on a 9 month fixed term contract.
You’ll be the first point of contact for visitors, production crew, internal teams and vendors — making sure everyone has a smooth, professional experience on site.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing front of house and handling enquiries (in person, phone and email)
- Issuing and tracking ID cards and vehicle passes
- Managing access control systems and working closely with Security
- Logging maintenance and operational requests via the helpdesk system
- Receiving deliveries and overseeing post room activity
- Supporting VIP visits and busy production periods
- Keeping the reception area organised and running smoothly
What we’re looking for:
- Front of House or customer service experience (studio or media experience a bonus)
- Confident using systems and managing access protocolsHighly organised with strong admin skills
- Proactive, professional and calm in a fast-paced environment
