Support Worker – Night shift at Trenewydd Care Home (Trenewydd, Brecon, LD3 8DE). Salary: £13.67 per hour. 25‑hour or 35‑hour contracts available. Shift: 21:30 – 07:30.

About the Facility

Trenewydd is a 35‑bed care home providing a safe and comfortable environment for residents with features such as easily accessible gardens and shared spaces designed to be both stimulating and calming. Situated in the suburban area of Llanfaes, near Brecon, the purpose‑built home offers three lounges for residents to share time with friends and family.

Job Responsibilities

• Promote physical and emotional support to service users.
• Provide person‑centred care in line with individual care plans.
• Assist with bathing, dressing and hygiene.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care delivered including fluid/food intake, activities and incidents.
• Promote dignity, choice and inclusion.
• Work collaboratively as part of a team and support colleagues in day‑to‑day duties.
• Maintain a safe, happy, and caring environment.
• No experience required.
