Barker Ross is recruiting for a Counterbalance and Reach Truck FLT Driver on behalf of a well‑established and rapidly growing food production business based in Hamilton, Leicester. They are looking for an experienced Reach Truck and Counterbalance FLT Driver to join a friendly and supportive warehouse team on an ongoing basis.

Shift Details

  • Shift: 20:00 to 06:00 Monday to Thursday – £15.30 per hour

Key Responsibilities

  • Operating Reach Truck and Counterbalance Forklift Trucks safely and efficiently
  • Loading and unloading vehicles
  • Moving palletised stock throughout the warehouse and storage areas
  • Carrying out stock movements and replenishment duties
  • Completing warehouse tasks as required
  • Following all site procedures and health & safety regulations
  • Working effectively as part of a team to meet operational targets

Candidate Requirements

  • Valid, nationally accredited Reach Truck and Counterbalance licences (essential)
  • Previous FLT experience within a warehouse or logistics environment
  • Reliable, hardworking and safety‑conscious approach
  • Ability to work night shifts on a consistent basis
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Able to commute to the Hamilton (LE4) area
