About the Role
We are seeking a full‑time enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join our vibrant team at ROKA Charlotte Street. As a key member of our culinary team, you’ll play a vital role in delivering the creativity, precision, and consistency that define the ROKA dining experience, supporting the senior chefs, inspiring the brigade, and ensuring every plate reflects our commitment to excellence.
Our Chef de Parties are dedicated, hands‑on, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment while upholding ROKA’s high standards. Full of personality and professionalism, you’ll inspire your team to deliver outstanding service and a seamless guest experience.
What we’re looking for
- A genuine love for hospitality, with an interest in Japanese cuisine and exceptional dining experiences.
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in Robata or Grill, within a quality, volume restaurant environment.
- A collaborative spirit, thriving as part of a large and dynamic team.
- Interest in progress and development within our kitchen.
