Overview
We’re looking for leaders at Starbucks who are passionate about creating a great customer experience and driving operational excellence. This role oversees daily store operations, manages a team of baristas, and ensures the Starbucks Experience for every customer.
Responsibilities
- Run shifts with customers at the core, coaching your team and creating a positive learning environment for partners on shift.
- Lead operational activities in a retail or hospitality environment, solving problems on the spot and ensuring results through impact and achievement of goals.
- Work with the store management team to achieve results in sales, inventory, and service quality.
- Be an ambassador for the partner network, ensuring partners feel valued and included.
Qualifications
- Previous coaching or supervisory experience in a customer‑facing role.
- Experience in leading operational activities in a retail or hospitality environment.
- Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to work with a diverse team.
