Are you a friendly, organised, and approachable individual with a passion for helping others? Clinical Radiology is currently seeking a Receptionist to join our dedicated team at Ninewells Hospital. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a supportive and professional environment where your contribution will make a real difference to patient care.
Responsibilities
As a key member of the front‑of‑house team, you will provide a warm and professional welcome to patients, visitors, and staff. Your responsibilities include managing appointments, updating records, and supporting clinical teams using IT systems, communicating effectively with patients, clinicians and colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient service, and assisting with stock control and ordering supplies. Training will be provided if needed.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with strong IT and administrative skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, a positive, can‑do attitude, and the ability to work as part of a team. Previous experience in stock handling would be advantageous, though not essential.

Hours of work are 36 hours per week covering shifts Monday to Sunday between 8am and 8pm on a rotational basis.
