Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service from Check-In until Check-Out
• Assist with guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
• Demonstrate knowledge of hotel room categories, rates and packages
• Maximise room occupancy and use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities
• Ensure a high level of compliance with hotel security, fire regulations and health and safety legislations
