Availability Window:Sunday 06:00 – 14:00Monday 12:00 – 21:00Friday 10:00 – 17:00Saturday 10:00 – 17:00

We offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week, with the option for less if you prefer. Scheduled shifts are set at least three weeks in advance and are flexible within the stated availability windows.

Pay

Starting hourly pay at £13.28, rising to £14.55 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may apply based on location.

Responsibilities

• Serve shoppers, providing excellent customer service.
• Work across store areas, including service, picking, and replenishment.
• Apply training safely and effectively to meet customer needs.
• Make customer‑focused decisions and execute store routines.
• Participate in seasonal, community, and charity events.
• Help drive service, sales, and profit while reducing waste and shrink.
• Handle products with care from delivery to customer.
• Adhere to store policies and maintain a welcoming environment.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum age 18.
• Passionate about delivering great service and building rapport with customers.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships, be punctual, well presented, and act as a brand ambassador.
