CARETAKER & MAINTENANCE OPERATIVE

PART-TIME CARETAKER / MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT – TUNBRIDGE WELLS

We’re currently recruiting for a Part-Time Caretaker / Maintenance Assistant to join our client in Tunbridge Wells on a 3 month temporary contract.

Duties will include:

• General light maintenance
• Basic repairs and upkeep
• Light cleaning duties
• Ensuring the premises are clean, safe and well-presented
• Reporting any maintenance issues

• Location: Tunbridge Wells
• Pay: £12.71 per hour
• Contract: Temporary – at least 3 months. Temp-perm for the right person
• Weekly Pay
• Working Hours (20 hours per week):
• 8:00am – 12:00pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and 1 weekend day per week

We’re looking for someone reliable, hands‑on and happy to carry out a variety of maintenance and cleaning tasks.
