Overview

Master Scheduler – Manufacturing (High-Impact Role) – Southampton

Role and responsibilities

• Owning and managing the master production schedule
• Aligning production across extrusion, print, lamination, and slitting
• Identifying and controlling bottlenecks (especially print)
• Ensuring all orders are planned to meet customer delivery dates
• Reducing firefighting and bringing structure, clarity, and control to planning

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience in production planning or scheduling
• Background in manufacturing (flexible packaging or similar preferred)
• Strong understanding of capacity planning and constraints
• A confident communicator who can challenge, influence, and drive decisions
