A well established printing company is looking for an outstanding candidate, respected and recognised as a leader and motivator of people, to head up its client services team. Our client works with many esteemed clients, producing time‑sensitive campaigns, so we are looking for someone who is flexible in their approach, can cope under pressure, and can manage multiple projects at one time.
Responsibilities
- Lead the client service function, providing guidance and support to your team
- Drive the success and growth of accounts, managing key clients while overseeing others
- Build strong client relationships through effective communication, problem‑solving, and timely responses to requests
- Translate client briefs into strategic plans, ensuring alignment with KPIs and targets
- Oversee project execution, ensuring deadlines are met, budgets are managed, and account activities run smoothly
- Escalate and manage any issues internally through to client resolution and satisfaction
This client is looking for someone who will motivate the team to ensure they are giving the best customer service possible. You will develop the team’s skills to give them the ability to handle complex customer service issues, ensuring they are resolved efficiently and to the client’s satisfaction. This role requires an approachable individual, someone your team can turn to, answer questions and provide support as they manage key client projects.
Qualifications
Experience in a similar role within a print, direct mail or print management background. Actively look at ways in which services can be improved and enhanced within the client base.
