This position offers a unique opportunity for those who are interested in starting or accelerating a sales career at Houzz. This program provides ongoing sales training, career development, and offers lots of opportunity for growth. As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) you will conduct consultations with home renovation and design professionals across France. This includes doing a high-volume of outbound calls to book in appointments to help them create a free professional profile, teaching them how to best use our platform, and assisting them with branding their business on our site.

Responsibilities

  • Contact via phone the French Houzz professional community
  • Educate renovation, design and service professionals on the Houzz platform
  • Assist the Houzz community with creating free professional profiles
  • Maintain contact with French professionals to help them brand their business
  • Provide user feedback to the marketing and sales teams

Qualifications

  • Tech savvy – Able to explain how to use technology to a wide range of users
  • Previous experience interacting with customers/clients
  • Prior sales experience, ideally over the phone (cold calling)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in French (native level) and English
  • Phenomenal interpersonal skills – enjoys talking with people in-person and over the phone
  • Positive, can‑do attitude
  • Verifiable track record of success
  • Goal‑oriented team player who supports team targets and company goals
  • Enjoys a fast‑paced environment
