Are you a passionate, skilled Chef ready to share your expertise and shape future stars of the kitchen? We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced professional chef to join our award-winning Hospitality team at Exeter College. This is more than just a teaching role. You’ll lead from the front, guiding learners through the art of food preparation, presentation, and culinary theory. From kitchen classics to fine dining finesse, you’ll help develop skills that shine on any plate – and in any career. As Programme Lead, you’ll also take part in evening service (up to two nights a week, term-time) at our award winning 34 Restaurant, a live training environment and one of Exeter’s best-kept dining secrets.

- A talented Chef with high-end kitchen experience and a passion for food.
- Committed with a positive and approachable attitude to ensure learners meet targets and are provided with an encouraging and value driven experience.
- A passionate and pro-active approach in delivering teaching excellence and assessment in both skills and knowledge across all levels of the hospitality programmes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work on your own initiative and as part of our team.
- Able to support our learners with enrichment opportunities from your experience and professional industry links.
