FLT Driver

Overview

Recruitable Staffing Solutions is recruiting a multi-skilled FLT Driver for a busy site in Wellesbourne (CV35 9JY). This role is temp‑to‑perm with consistent work for the right candidate. The job includes operating a VNA, Counterbalance, and PPT as well as general warehouse duties, picking and stock movement.

Key responsibilities

• Operating VNA, Counterbalance and PPT safely and efficiently
• Picking, put‑away and replenishment
• Loading/unloading and moving stock around the warehouse
• Working on and off the truck to support the team
• Using scanners and keeping paperwork/system updates accurate
• Maintaining good housekeeping and following site H&S procedures

What we’re looking for

• Valid VNA licence with confident, recent VNA experience
• Counterbalance and PPT licences/experience
• Reliable, punctual and safety‑focused
• Happy with a mixed role (truck work + warehouse duties)
• Own transport preferred due to location/limited public transport

Pay rate

£13.75 per hour
