Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Support the Restaurant Manager in day‑to‑day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
  • Motivate and coach the team to achieve high performance and maintain our quality standards.
  • Monitor stock levels, handle deliveries, and ensure accurate record‑keeping.
  • Assist in managing rotas, ensuring adequate staffing levels for peak times.
  • Handle customer feedback professionally, resolving issues promptly and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain health and safety standards, ensuring compliance with all food hygiene regulations.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Qualifications

  • You will have previous experience in a Supervisor or Team Leader role within a hospitality or fast‑paced restaurant setting.
  • Have a passion for great Italian food and creating memorable customer experiences.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive, hands‑on approach to problem‑solving and multitasking.
