Hours: Rotating Day & Night Shifts

Shift Pattern:

• Week 1: Nights – Monday to Wednesday, 6:00pm-6:00am
• Week 2: Days – Monday to Thursday, 6:00am-6:00pm

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for Production Operatives to join a beverage manufacturing site in Exeter. This is a hands-on role working within a fast-paced production environment, operating machinery, maintaining quality standards, and supporting safe and efficient daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery safely and efficiently
• Carry out production tasks to meet quality and output targets
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and housekeeping
• Support line changeovers and cleaning activities
• Work closely with the wider production team to achieve shift targets

What We’re Looking For

• Previous manufacturing or production experience is beneficial but not essential
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
• Positive attitude with a strong team-working approach
