Overview
Electrical Installation Trainer (Full Training Provided) – Newbury. £35,000 + Full Training + Off the Tools + Monday to Friday + Hybrid Working Model + 28% Pension + 46 Days Holiday.
The Role
- Full training and ongoing professional development provided
- Support apprentices at different stages of their Electrical Installation qualifications
- Deliver practical workshop training and support theory sessions
- 37-hour working week with approximately 25 hours of teaching
- Monday to Friday role with hybrid working opportunities
- Supportive team environment with modern facilities
The Person
- Qualified Electrician with strong Electrical Installation experience
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
- Ideally holds or is willing to work towards the 2391 qualification
- Interested in moving into a training or education role
- Passionate about developing the next generation of electricians
- Looking for a long-term career with strong development and progression opportunities
