(Mon, Wed, Thurs & Fri 08:30-15:30, Tue 09:00-15:30)
Grade 8, commencing point 18 (FTE £31,537 per annum) pay award pending
Actual salary equates to £23,126 per annum

Responsibilities
Work with an outstanding and supportive team to raise literacy attainment for students with SEND, while coordinating their exam access arrangements. Deliver literacy interventions and support students across a range of abilities, providing expertise on effective literacy strategies and current practice. Manage and advise on dyslexia support and any other literacy difficulties. Maintain accurate and detailed records and communicate effectively with colleagues, support staff and external agencies.
Qualifications
Experience delivering literacy interventions and supporting students with diverse abilities.
Strong organisational, communication, and IT skills with keen attention to detail.
Commitment to inclusive education and raising literacy standards for all SEND students.
Ability to speak fluent English is essential.
