CNC Miller Setter/Programmer – Luton

Join our family-owned engineering company where precision and quality are at the heart of everything we do. We are a close-knit team specializing in high-precision CNC machining, and we’re looking for a skilled and ambitious CNC Programmer/Setter to contribute to our workshop’s success.

In this role, you’ll work with cutting‑edge HAAS CNC machines in a well‑maintained, organized facility that’s designed for optimal efficiency. We take pride in maintaining the highest standards of quality and performance across all our projects.

Working Hours

  • Monday to Thursday: 8:00am – 4:30pm
  • Friday: 8:00am – 3:30pm
  • Regular overtime available.

Your Responsibilities

  • Confidently program, set, and operate HAAS CNC milling machines.
  • Manufacture small, repeatable, precision components in steel, plastics, brass, and aluminum.
  • Ensure consistent quality control throughout production.
  • Follow established processes and work with existing tooling for repeat components to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow.

What You’ll Need

  • Proficiency in reading engineering drawings.
  • Strong knowledge and confidence in using measuring equipment.
  • Hands‑on experience with CNC programming, setting, and operation.
  • Willingness to develop and learn new skills through provided training.
