Our client, a leading industrial chemical manufacturer, is looking for a Chemical Blending Operative to join their growing team in Flintshire immediately. Our client specialises in delivering high-quality chemical solutions across a range of sectors. With expertise in chemical formulation, blending, and packing, their unique contract packing facility allows customers to access services at any stage — from initial formulation right through to final distribution. They offer a complete, end-to-end manufacturing solution.

Role

As a Chemical Blending Operative, you will play a key role in the production process, ensuring chemicals are blended accurately, safely, and efficiently to meet customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Blending chemicals in line with precise formulas and procedures
• Following strict health & safety guidelines at all times
• Measuring, mixing, and handling raw materials
• Monitoring production processes and maintaining quality standards
• Completing relevant documentation and records
• Supporting packing and distribution where required

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in chemical blending or manufacturing (preferred but not essential)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Good awareness of health & safety practices
• Reliable, hardworking, and able to work as part of a team
• Flexibility to support different stages of production
