Location: UK – London

Salary: £50K to £60K per year (Permanent)

Role Overview

In this role, you’ll work on the frontline of operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of building management systems and continually improving performance to optimise energy efficiency. Your work will directly contribute to the delivery of high‑quality, sustainable buildings.

Key Responsibilities

• Delivering planned and reactive service to a portfolio of clients
• Managing and resolving technical issues within a range of BMS systems
• Training junior engineers and passing on leadership skills
• Testing, commissioning and optimisation of Trend and Tridium BMS systems
• Liaising with clients to ensure service expectations are met and exceeded

Ideal Candidate

• In-depth knowledge of Trend and Tridium BMS platforms
• Experience within a BMS Service Engineer role or similar
• Exceptional technical problem‑solving skills
• Excellent client‑facing skills with the ability to develop strong relationships
• Leadership ability and eagerness to mentor junior team members
