Creative Strategist

D2C subscription brand

Central London (3 days a week in the office)

Salary £45k – £60k (dependent upon experience)

Ignite are delighted to be working with one of the fastest growing D2C brands in the UK (Sunday Times top 100 list). The business has grown substantially over the last few years with further growth projected for this year and beyond – both from a revenue and team size perspective. The business is almost entirely self-funded so they’re in a very strong financial position.

They’re now looking to hire a Creative Strategist to join their growing in-house creative team. The brand creates over 500 ads each month across Meta, Tik Tok and YouTube. Current spend is north of £750k per month, primarily on Meta, so we’re talking about a D2C powerhouse here – this is not an opportunity to be missed.

What skills do you need to have to be considered?

⭐️A minimum of 3 years performance creative experience.

⭐️Experience working for or with a D2C E-commerce business is important (either in-house or for an agency)

⭐️Experience of Meta, TikTok and YouTube ads is essential.

⭐️Excellent ability to produce high-quality shareable content.

⭐️A fantastic ability to think outside the box and have crazy/wild ideas from a direct response/performance marketing perspective.

⭐️An amazing attitude, you need to be super driven, fun, sociable and ambitious
