OTE & Earnings
- Competitive base salary (£27,000 – £32,000 DOE)
- Uncapped commission (up to 30%)

The Role
- You’ll build and manage your own specialist market within Interior Design or HVAC recruitment.
- Build relationships with candidates and clients across the UK, US & Europe.
- Develop new business and manage client accounts.
- Run the full recruitment process from start to finish.
- Become a recognised specialist in your niche.
