• Undertaking comprehensive social care assessments and orreports ,with detailed support plans, asappropriate.
• Social worker may also need to communicate closely and sensitively with family members of service users who are deceased.
• Social worker may need to work from the office and attend visits in the community, use data base to record information,accessand load documents.
• Have knowledge of Direct Payments, Care in Finance, and complete a comprehensive review of care packages.
