We are partnering with a leading FTSE listed financial services organisation who are looking for an experienced Senior Reward Specialist to join the business on what will be an initial 4-6 month contract.
This role will play a key part in making sure that Share / Equity Plans are competitive, compliant with regulations, and aligned with the organisation’s overall reward strategy to attract, retain, and motivate talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development and review of equity compensation strategies.
- Benchmark share plans against market practices and competitors.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to align equity plans with business objectives.
Key Requirements:
- Experience in reward, compensation, or equity plan administration within financial services or a regulated environment.
- Strong understanding of share plans and deferred compensation structures.
- Knowledge of banking remuneration regulations
