- Hunting new business through calls, emails and networking
- Managing and growing existing accounts to deliver real results
- Collaborating with internal teams to deliver campaigns that hit the mark
- Keeping your finger on the pulse of the market and spotting opportunities first
- Consistently smashing your sales targets and earning uncapped commission
What we are looking for:
- Proven B2B sales experience, ideally in media or advertising
- Confident communicator and negotiator
- Comfortable juggling multiple accounts in a fast‑moving environment
- Organised, proactive and motivated by results
- CRM experience and digital marketing knowledge are a plus

- £27,500 rising to £30,000 after probation
- Uncapped commission with realistic OTE of £40,000+
