Then this is the job for you. We are currently recruiting for a family run business who is looking to bring in a Stock Controller to manage the stock onsite alongside various other tasks. This is a role where you will be wearing many different hat so you must be happy to set out of your comfort zone.
So what would you be doing?– Monitoring Stock levels & re-ordering goods– Booking in stock, inspecting incoming stock & managing returns– Chasing suppliers & raising damaged stock– Stock counts, quality checking & generating reports– Picking, Packing & labelling orders– Planning deliveries using the TMS system
But what experience do you need?– At least 2 years Stock Control experience– Prior experience in a Manufacturing or Engineering environment is highly desirable– Prior Transport Planning or Administration experience is highly desirable– You must be available for an immediate start
