The Role:
- Lead cost planning, budgeting, and forecasting for projects
- Prepare and manage cost estimates, tenders, and contracts
- Monitor and control costs to ensure value and profitability
- Manage risks related to cost and contracts
- Oversee subcontractor and supplier agreements
- Provide financial reporting, cash flow, and reconciliations
- Deliver cost advice and value engineering recommendations
- Collaborate with project managers, design, and procurement teams
The Person:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or similar
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor
- Skilled in cost management, tendering, and contracts
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
- Proficiency in cost management software and MS Office
