Head of Finance – Strategy, Cloud & AI Finance Leader

Morgan McKinley partners with a Middlesbrough-based innovator to appoint a Head of Finance overseeing financial control, R&D finance, governance, statutory reporting and cash flow modelling for the UK operations.

The role is hands-on and requires ACA/ACCA/CIMA, with a proven Financial Controller/Senior Finance Manager background and strong UK GAAP knowledge in manufacturing/engineering. Close processes, VAT/R&D controls and ERP enhancements will be key deliverables.
