Multi-Skilled Building Services Engineer

• Overseeing and arranging of all M&E related tasks on the site
• Stepping in for the M&E Manager in their absence and sharing the workload of the site
• Ensuring all your allocated activities are completed to cost, timescales and appropriate quality standards as required.
• Assisting with any engineering needs that may arise on site
• Overseeing small works projects and liaising with specialist contractors
• Managing the client accordingly and keeping them up to date with site developments

  NVQ level 2 or equivalent in Building Services / Engineering.

• F-Gas (ESSENTIAL)
• Able to work under own initiative
• Client facing & well presented

  The UK’s biggest FM company is looking for a Multi-Skilled Building Services Engineer to be based at a high-end independent law firm that advises businesses, financial services and not-for-profit organisations. Across the 7 storey building you’ll be the F-Gas responsible on site as well as doing reactive & planned maintenance, keeping site logbooks up to date as well as keeping the client up to date.
