Full-Time Night Shift Picker / Packer
Location: Scunthorpe
Hours: 22:00 – 06:00 (Full-Time, Night Shift)
We are currently recruiting Full-Time Picker / Packers to join a busy and well-established warehouse operation in Scunthorpe. This is a permanent, hands‑on role on night shifts, ideal for candidates looking for consistent, full-time work.
Roles & Duties
- Accurately picking stock using pick lists or hand‑held scanners
- Packing products securely and efficiently for dispatch
- Meeting productivity and accuracy targets
- Checking goods for quality, damage, or discrepancies
- Labelling, sorting, and preparing orders for shipment
- Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy, and organised
- Adhering to all health & safety policies and procedures
What We’re Looking For
- Previous picking/packing or warehouse experience preferred, but not essential
- Reliability and commitment to full‑time night shifts (22:00-06:00)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to carry out manual handling tasks
- A positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
